At Magical Whispers and Charming Wishes, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, culturally aligned digital products designed exclusively for Black entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners. Because of the nature of our digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the immediate, downloadable format of digital files, including but not limited to graphic bundles, branding visuals, and custom image drops, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.
We ask that you carefully review the product description and details before completing your order. If you have any questions about a digital item, please reach out to our team prior to purchase at support@magicalwhispersandcharmingwishesllc.com.
Custom Products
All custom orders, including our Always on Brand™ VIP Custom Visual Drops, are created specifically based on the information and materials provided by the customer. Because these are personalized and tailored for your brand, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
If a file arrives damaged or you experience an issue accessing your digital download, we will happily work with you to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Exceptions & Legal Rights
This Return & Refund Policy is compliant with consumer protection laws for digital goods and follows Shopify’s guidelines for downloadable, non-tangible items.
Under Shopify’s digital product policy, sellers are not obligated to offer refunds for downloadable content unless the product is defective, unavailable, or misrepresented.
